Single flute end mills
Single flute end mills in standard sizes, made to order: Φ1–12 mm for aluminium, Φ3–12 mm for window and door profiles (most with a relieved neck), and Φ4–8 mm for honeycomb panels. A single flute leaves a large chip space, which helps clear the long chips that soft materials such as aluminium produce.

Choosing a single flute end mill
Pick the series for the material first, then the size. Choose a flute length that covers your depth of cut, and the shortest overall length the part allows: a shorter tool is stiffer. For window and door profiles, the reach La is the length behind the flute that can enter the cut without rubbing, so choose it from the depth of the profile wall.

Packaging
- Every tool is packed on its own: a tip cap protects the cutting edge, and each shank tool sits in its own reusable tube, sized to the shank and length and labelled for your order.
- Micro tools (drills and end mills below about Φ3) go in micro tubes that hold the tool without touching the edge.
- Inserts and crown drill tips are packed in slotted insert boxes, 10 per box for standard inserts.
- Tubes are grouped in 5- or 10-piece boxes, then packed in export cartons sized to the order; reinforced or palletised packing for sea freight on request.
