Indexable insert systems
Two families of replaceable-insert tooling with matched holders. The holder stays in the machine and only the insert is changed. Both are configured to the application — send the profile, the groove width or the thread form and we confirm the insert and holder combination.
Comma-type inserts for small-bore internal grooving
Comma-type inserts are used on lathes and Swiss-type machines for internal grooving and profiling in small bores. The holder stays clamped in the machine; when the edge wears, only the insert is changed.
Grooving and profiling geometries, in widths from 0.5 mm. To confirm an insert and holder, send the bore diameter, the groove width and depth, and the holder interface on your machine.
