Carbide reamers
Solid carbide reamers for finishing bores to size, made to order. Straight-flute, spiral-flute, step and through-coolant designs are available, and PCD reamers for aluminium are made to drawing.
Tolerance
The achievable bore tolerance — H7, H6 or tighter — depends on the workpiece material, the machine and the set-up. We confirm it against your drawing and application before quoting, rather than promise a figure in advance.

- Bore diameter and tolerance
- Depth / through or blind
- Workpiece material
- Coolant (through-spindle?)
- Quantity
- A drawing if the reamer is stepped or has a special form
